Houston Linux Users Group Happy Hour
Happy Hour
We hold happy hour every Wednesday night, from 9 p.m. until
late. (Katz's is open 24 hours.) This is an informal get together
with no presentations or agendas. Just kick back and talk shop over
drinks and food. Everybody's invited and all ages are welcome. No
fees or expenses.
Location
Katz's Deli and
Bar is at 616 Westheimer St, a bit east of Montrose (map
to Katz's). We meet upstairs; Katz's host or hostess will be able
to direct you. Look for the HLUG sign and/or the
geeks. Please note that the 9 p.m. start time is an approximation.
Because many of us are coming from the Wednesday night workshop, we
may not be there precisely at 9. If you arrive before us, grab
yourself a drink and we'll be there shortly. Wireless is available.
There is free parking behind Katz's. Katz's also has a parking lot
across the street, on the south side of Westheimer. There are a few
different lots here; be sure to park in Katz's lot if you park on the
south side.
